People watching is a great pastime in Miami's South Beach, which draws celebrities and beautiful people in skimpy swim attire to see and be seen. The wide and fine, white sand-covered beaches are popular spots for fashion photo shoots, so you're sure to see models. The area is known for its hip clubs and wild nightlife as well as numerous excellent restaurants.

It was so peaceful and the water was so warm. Visiting from New York, it was a pleasant treat to be so close to the water.

Ocean is very clean and blue the waves are calm. Great for families. Plenty of things to do. Check out Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive, full of restaurants and outdoor seating. Big sand bar right out front the surf line. Fun to swim out to the sand bar and collect cool shells.

A place to relax and chill down. Awesome clear waters around. It's supremely photogenic. There are lot of beach facing restaurants on the opposite end which makes this a even more perfect location. Even at the night hour you can see a lot of people around so definitely safe.

Day or night nothing is like Ocean Drive. Growing up in Southern California there is a certain vibe or atmosphere at the ritzy beach area. However. Ocean Drive has more to offer and a better nightlife than all of the beaches combined from La Jolla/Delmar to Beverly Hills. It's not even close in December either. You can expect 77 degrees... We really enjoyed spending time on the boardwalk both walking and biking. Great way to get exercise and to experience Miami and spending time by the ocean!

We stayed i Pennsylvania Ave which we did not realise when we n ooked how well located it was. Wadling distance to Washington, Lincoln, Collins and Ocean Drive we enjoyed walking to dinner and the sights.
