This was my second time going, the first time was an average experience, today was even worse. First we arrived right at opening time in an effort to avoid large crowds, to our surprise there were 6 school busses parked in front and summer campers...More

Disgrace to the City of Miami.. Staff is very unprofessional. Sent an email to their supervisor Daniel Lopez and never received any response. It's obvious his staff was trained be the best. Team work is dream work .. horrible
