Very run down. Truly no unique shopping. Spend your time in Little Havana. Great restaurant's and felt very safe in Little Havana. Don't waste your time.

Disappointed about this area of Miami, maybe I havent been to the good places but it's far away to reach by bus from the city center. It's probably more interesting in case of any events that could happen there.
