Very interesting messages expressed through videos and artist’s artwork. Would have liked to have seen a more extensive presentation. Very limited.

I first visited the Museum a couple of years ago, after it had just opened and it had an excellent exhibition on Cuban art and artists. On show at the moment is a 'must see' exhibition on the life, music and achievements of the talented and popular Latin American singer Celia Cruz, including many of her iconic outfits, plus a gallery of photographs taken over many years by Alexis Rodriguez-Duarte and Tico Torres. It covers the triumphs and the sadnesses in her life, and the amazing crowds which attended her funeral in New York, reinforcing how much she was loved across all the different spectrums of society. Definitely not to be missed. This is an exhibition not to be missed!

The décor is a study in stark and white, the building is not large but it shows strong. The current exhibit is " Forever Celia".

This small but handsome facility is a study in stark and white when you first walk in. The color explosion came when I explored the Celia Cruz exhibit. She's a long-time favorite so it was a treat to learn her history, watch some videos, hear her music and even see some of her costumes. I look forward to visiting the museum when it brings in another exhibit..

This is my second visit to the museum. The first time was shortly after it opened and the current exhibit was excellent. I knew then that I had to keep this museum on my radar when in Miami. The current exhibit is a loving tribute to the legendary singer and outsized personality Celia Cruz. If you are even a remote fan of Salsa and Cuban Culture, this should not be missed. The curators put loving care and insight to everything displayed. There are video installations, photos, awards, everything Celia. If you leave the museum without feeling positive about humanity, then turn around and pay closer attention.
