I loved my experience here. The best part for me was that it has free parking, FINALLY!!! But not just that, also, the great service, comfortable seats ( and this is an old auditorium), clean restrooms, cash bar with drinks and snacks, free Wifi, impeccable restroomss, and excellent sound system. The prices are great and we even had a deal, so it was perfect. My tickets were at the will call window with my name on it. Thank you guys.

At a recent event at the auditorium, a dance recital for a local dance school, several things became obvious: - the staff is not trained or encouraged to think outside the box. For example, the don't allow cameras in the event, to the point of making people return and leave cameras in a hot car, but don't do the same with people with tablets or phones. - their security procedures border on bullying and are ineffective: they let everyone in but during intermission, if you left the premises, you were not allowed to return "because of what happened in Orlando". A lucky few were able to return, since they knew someone in the dance school who let them back in through the stage door. Another guest even mentioned they were treating the Miami police rudely, ordering them around - the acoustics and lighting of the stage were poor, making it difficult to hear the music or distinguish the dancers from one another - overall, the facilities look dated, a left over from the 60's, the 70's; the auditorium. I,for one, won't return to events here

We attended The Benise Concert promoted by WPBT2. Had VIP tickets which included a Meet and Greet from 5:30 - 6:30 PM to enjoy their rehearsal and then to meet Benise for discussions, photos, autographs before the 8 PM Show. Am awesome and rewarding experience. Their music and show is Spanish, Latin, Cuban, Italian and is a must see experience. If you can't find his show near you, go to YouTube and search to enjoy on line.
