I like to get in 30 minutes of cardio every day and do that in interesting places. It took me a lot longer here, because I had to keep stopping to check out the cool animals. You can get so close to them because they have many elevated boardwalks so you get to see the critters in their natural habitats... More

A beautiful zoo with the most helpful and I formative staff around. The kayak trip was beautiful and the bird feeding was an experience. Highly recommend.

This zoo is beautiful. I love how they built this place up, it has a large array of animals. It is built in the heart of the Florida Forest, and it has all sorts of exotic animals, every year they have the butterfly exhibit, they do a backpack drive as well. So if you are ever in the area please... More

I've never seen white rhinos and they have three! Huge alligators too! Really cool zoo and I've been to many!

Great small time zoo. Very pleased I went. You walk through a canopy of trees throughout making it feel like a jungle and keeping you cool from the sun.

I took some out of town guests over Thanksgiving. I hadn't been to the zoo in about 2 years, although it is right down the road. I find it extremely expensive to take a family to a location you can easily get through in under 2 hours but, we went anyway. I was disappointed that they "promoted" the package deal... More

It's $2 to feed a giraffe, and $1 to feed birds. There's lots of animals to look at, and they all seem to be well taken care of. I spent about 2 hours here, but with the Treetop Trek and other activities I probably could have filled closer to 4.

Great place to go and enjoy seeing beautiful animals and a welcoming staff. Fun for ids and adults. They even have 5k runs through the facility. A interactive bird aviary is a awesome place for the bird lovers as well.

Took my Mom and 5 year old daughter and they both had a blast. Enough to do to keep the 5 year old entertained and enough places to rest and relax for grandmother. The highlight was feeding the birds and giraffes. Dont miss those opportunities.
