This is a beautiful location located on lower matecumbe. It has two small parking lots which are typically full. The "beach" is usually underwater. The sand is rocky and can be hard on your feat. The area does have a picturesque wooden walkway. Again, this a a beautiful spot but not really a beach.

Stopped while we were in the area and walked the boardwalk very serene and pretty. It has a small beach but very nice and the water is clear. The birds are amazing along the water and the walk.

We stopped here hoping to hang out at the beach. Not big at all & not a nice beach. The trail was closed so we couldn't even walk around.

Nice little beach with a nice little boardwalk thru the "woods" - where there are stops along the way to rest and picnic. Parking is free.

We were lucky enough to find a parking spot and glad we found one. The beach is quaint and we watched someone windsurfing. Unfortunately the boardwalk was closed due to repairs.

The ocean views are great but parking lot is tiny as is the actual beach area. You can walk in the water easily though and there is a boardwalk with a few shelters with BBQ grills. First come first served.

No beach if not low tide Right on us1 How charming is that unless you enjoy the sound of traffic The keys are not a beach place They are best experienced from a boat You need to be on the water Not on shore If you are looking for great beaches Try sanibel

We are from NC and spoiled by huge beautiful beaches. That said, this one doesn't even really qualify by Keys standards?? Worth the drive to other spots close by. Skip this one...

Because the tide is above normal Anne's Beach is not always accessible. The parking lots on the two access points is small. We tried twice to go there and gave up in the middle of October. Both times the first site had no beach. It did seem to have a nice wooden walking path but we were told it was... More

This is on a great side of the key, but the only downside is that there is not a lot of parking. So it is best to get there early in the morning to park and enjoy the water. There are no restroom facilities.
