Good place to stop in for short while and learn a bit of the Key West history. If nothing else the shady back yard is a welcomed relief from the Florida sun.

It's worth checking out as our trolley guide said it had some cool backstory, only takes 5 minutes, definitely worth the go through.

Located right along Duval Street, an interested 10 minute diversion among the ciaos. One of the two ladies providing information about the history was obviously upset about Trump winning, could have done without her snottiness, not sure what prompted it.

The tour of the home is free but they do run on donations so it's important to give a little before you go. The tour guide we had was very knowledgeable about the history of the house and family. It's a nice way to learn about old Key West and the families that helped settle it.

Passing by chance we wandered in and were amazed to find this free attraction with a very knowledgeable guide and lots of interest. The house is small, your visit won't take long, but the story is fascinating.

Worth a 5 minute walk-about. Not overly interesting or unusual but at least it is free. House is pretty, I didn't ask any questions but perhaps if you are interested that might make it go up some stars when you interact with the volunteers there.

No fee, real life feel of what the homes and life were like in the late 1800's. The docents were interesting and answered any questions. There was a donation box and a refrigerator with cold water and sodas for only $1.00. Definitely worth a visit!
