My wife and I visited both Key West locations, and the help was great at both shops. We spent a lot of time at each shop. They were very friendly and helpful. They patiently described many products and allowed us to taste anything we wanted to try, giving us the appropriate cautions and recommendations to gradually increase the intensity. We... More

Stop at Thirsty's down the way to grab a beverage before coming in. Emily and Cameron were both pleasant and helpful while we picked our sauces. Pull up a stool, have some chips and enjoy. Cash registers were down so they had to handwrite the tickets, but we still managed to come out with 6 bottles.

As usual when we visit Key West, we always carve out time to go to Peppers to sample some hot sauce. This year Cassie took great care of us. We had a large crazy group and she laughed and joked with us. Cassie gave us a variety of samples and as she saw what we liked she was able to... More

This place is so much fun! Emily, our taste tester helper, was great with our group of four. I only like mild sauces and my husband likes them on fire. She not only handled our tasting preferences with ease, but made suggestions on how to use the various sauces in recipes. This place has something for everyone. Highly recommend the... More

I love Pepper's because you rarely have to guess or take someone else's word if a hot sauce tastes good - you get to taste them! I stop every time I'm in Key West and usually have them mail it home for me. On this trip, Emily was a great help. She changed the selections she offered to the tastes... More

You can taste just about all the hot sauces in the shop, including those with off-color names. You'll get a teeny spoon of sauce to spread on a chip. The hotter sauces will jump right off that chip. I bought 8 bottles that were pretty high-priced, enough to exceed the $75 free shipping. My wife will love it.

When you walk in, there are all kinds of hot sauces (mild to hot), BBQ sauces, rubs... Basically, if it flavors food, they have it! They have a tasting bar where they let you try any sauce you want. They give you chips to cleanse the palette. Cam and Crystal are very knowledgeable and friendly!! Definitely recommend seeing one of... More

What a fun visit! Crystal was fantastic - providing a wide range of hot sauces to taste. She provided tons of information and samples ranging from sweet berry flavors to BBQ to spicy hot sauces. Definitely worth a visit! We ended up buying 2 different sauces and had not expected to get any when we walked in.

This place has everything. You can bring your own beer (which you will need if you do the entire hot sauce tasting). Emily is awesome! So knowledgeable and helpful, its like going to a friends house. And the prices are not exhorbitant
