A sunny place for shady people. The Green Parrot is the first and last bar on US1, and brings Key West the best live musical acts from across North America. Equal parts honky-tonk, dive bar and local hangout, The Green Parrot defies definition in musical range, decor and drink selections. Voted best live music venue in Florida by Florida Magazine. You'll find everyone at The Green Parrot - from Key West politicians playing bingo on Mondays to boat captains dancing into the night with their "catch of the day."

The place was already packed and rockin at 11 AM. I was by myself, but never felt alone; and warm and friendly place. Everybody at the bar seemed like my new best friend.

Good place to hit for a drink and some live music! Not a place to hit for a quiet talk with new or old friends but a good place to hit with new or old friends!

The Green Parrot bar is the last chance for a drink before Cuba. It’s on Duval and you can catch some live music and try a few drinks.

We popped in here after dinner to listen to a reggae band. It was fun and the music fantastic. We ended up standing on the pavement outside with our drinks as unusually people were smoking inside. It was a shame but the music made up...More

The Green Parrot is a fund bar with great variety of drinks. The only issue for us was that smoking was allowed everywhere and the major reason for not eating here.

Awesome old place to stop and grab a drink. Mojitos are delicious! I believe it’s the oldest bar in Key West!

This place is one of my all time favorite bars. Very eclectic clientele. The bartenders are great.... very quick and friendly. We always hit the Monday night bingo and it’s a blast (helps charitable causes). The live music is outstanding. This is quintessential old town...More
