The entry cost is far greated than the value of the exhibit. There's some history here, but it's pretty mundane, and the exhibits are very poorly laid out.

Maybe my expectations were too high for this museum but it wasn't what I was hoping for. The museum is really small and there aren't as many artifacts and exhibits as I expected. I love the history of Key West and I already knew much of what was told, really not much new info for me. I guess if your... More

Great attraction after the day air gets too warm for outside venues. LOTS of history about Key West ship wrecks and how the city became the richest due to treasures. We could have spent hours just looking over all the displays and treasures.

My family and I loved this museum, but we took the time to look and read everything. If you are the type of person that does not read the exhibits, you might not feel like you got enough out of the tour. If you like to ready about history, this is a great place and well worth the admission fee.

Interesting subject matter. Worth the price of admission. Bundled the tickets with the aquarium tour for a bit of a discount. Observation tower is cool!

This museum has quite alot of artifacts. There are numerous videos that are worth stopping to watch about the history of shipwrecking and scalvengers. Can take some good pictures from the top of the tower.

Stopped here with the kids while in Key West and they really enjoyed it. It was not busy at all with maybe 10 guests in the entire building when we were there. We enjoyed the character actors and the movie one foot below sea level. Our favorite was the lookout tower with great island views. This museum is a nice... More

We thought you could walk through at your own pace to see all the really cool artifacts inside. Turns out, it's more of a acting show and tell. Which I have to say considering what you pay, it was a bit of a letdown. The highlight aside of from the all trinkets and such inside is the crow's nest. It's... More
