Founded in 2008, upon the foundation of our great state, we raised our roof to brew world-class beers and establish ourselves as Florida’s brewery. Having travelled through lands far and close, and finding inspiration along the way, we are proud to be here, proud to be Inherently Floridian.

Checked out the brewery during our camping at Paynes Prairie. Terrific selection of beers--all types--all varieties--all with different alcohol content. I'm partial to the extra IPA with the hoppy taste. Cider available from Cigar City---my wife enjoyed it. They have food trucks that set up...More

What a great time! My son and I did the personal tour of this impressive brewery, thanks to Chef Dan Bloom. So many flavors from which to choose! Each glass was served perfectly. Their all-native species nature preserve shows their commitment to the area and...More

Standing room only when the weather's not nice, too - again, because of the crowds. Beer drinkers and their kids, their dogs - they're all here! As you turn into the street where the brewery's on your right, if you turn left instead there's a...More

Great place for a beer! A very nice, comfortable Taproom with a huge selection. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access from I 75 so there is no excuse for not stopping when you are traveling on I 75. I support all Florida...More

They have beer, yes and several varieties. Staff was not overly friendly, they don’t take discover, they don’t have any soft drinks except ginger ale, and they have no ice. I was given a glass and told to fill it over at the restroom area...More

They have a large variety of beer available, so it was easy to find several that I liked. Nice to see a well-done stout...seems hard to find in this age of IPAs and Sours. (Although they have good IPA too). Tour was fairly standard, except...More

The beer at Swamp Head is amazing. Very sad it's only sold in limited locations outside of the brewery and Gainesville. The food trucks are great when they are on site since the snacks available are very limited. The brewery tour is well worth it...More

Was here this past weekend for a football game and had some time during the day and decided to stop in for a few hours. Great decision. Friendly staff, good beer, nice atmosphere and property. Definitely will stop by when in the area again.
