The pier is awesome when you are looking to just get out to see the sunset. You can see birds and fish. You get to watch the fishermen bring in a catch. The sun sets over the water so pretty from here.

While $2 will not make or break the vacation budet it is something to be aware of! We went in the evening. Plenty of people were out enjoying the view.

We were just out for a morning walk ($2 per person) and enjoyed watching the people fish from the pier as well as the wild life. There is a sign at the entrance telling the kinds of fish that were caught the day before.

Great view , lots of local people fishing off pier makes you feel a bit out of place. Lots of blood on the ground from Fish and bait. Never the less worth seeing once.

I'm not really sure there are any condos by the pier. None you could walk to. It's all hotels by the pier.
