Great beach with life guards, not overcrowded and waters normally very tranquil. On a weekday morning it feels like your own private secluded island, just you, birds and sand crabs. Beautiful backdrop for exercising or just relaxing. Has bathrooms and showers, as well as a...More

A nice beach to visit after spending a couple hours at the Navy Seal Museum. It made it into an all day outing and was most enjoyable.

Beautiful beach! Some of the best sand and beach conditions on the East Coast. Decent restroom/shower facilities, free parking, and not crowded. Right by the Navy Seal Museum on North Hutchinson Island.

Always a good beach day here. Lifeguards. Plenty of parking. Clean bathrooms. Family fun . Pay attention to flags at lifeguard station which warn you of rip tides or sea creatutes

Loved that this beach area was also a well cared for park. Nice to have a clean bathroom and an outside shower after a day in the water. Picnic benches and shade too.

We went here at 6am for Easter Sunrise Church sponsored by St. Anastasia Church. This was a great place to experience the daylight breaking through--was hard that day to see the actual sunrise due to the clouds. Tons of people came with chairs. They had...More

You're allowed to be on the beach after dark, but it's fairly dark and secluded at night on the beach side of the highway.
