This park isn't as crowded as the main beach at Times square and there is parking (usually) although you have to pay. It's a little walk across the sand out to the water so you have to carry your chairs/cooler/etc for quite a way. The...More

Although quite shallow, it's a nice little beach for a peaceful spot between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. Nice views.

Quiet, with shade, picnic areas, beach, trail, etc. We saw a very cool osprey nest with young. Beautiful views. Bathrooms, handicap ramps.

Plenty of parking at $2 per hour. Easy access to a wonderful beach via a board walk. Public toilets and a changing area are also available. Walk through the park on Matanzas Pass side for more secluded beaches and some good fishing. See tortoises as...More

I was there in November, when it was fairly crowded. I got to Bowditch around 1:30 and there were plenty of spaces. One other thing--I did call the park; you can Google their number & they can hopefully give you a better... More
