Don't come this way w/out adding this to your to-do list. You can get on nearly anywhere along the intracoastal in Ft Lauderdale and Hollywood. Hop on/off to see a lot of the city w/out traffic and parking. You aren't a FL insider until you've been on the water.

We have used the water taxi service every time we've been in town. It's a fun way to get around and we normally purchase a ticket and get off at each stop to walk a bit then get back on the taxi. The cruse director usually talks a bit and tells you who's homes your passing and they also know... More

We took advantage of the Water Taxi tour for our 1 day stay in Fort Lauderdale (post cruise). If you are viewing this as a "transportation method" then the prices may seem high. We walked from our hotel near the Westin towards dock #8. A short pleasant walk. The tour down towards #12 then back up to #4 was very... More

What a great way to spend a day in Fort Lauderdale going around the waterways, hop on hop off, and seeing all the marvelous houses and yachts etc. Great value for money

This is a great option to seeing some of Ft. Lauderdale if you have limited time. Go to the beach and eat at Margaritaville. You can easily kill 5 or more hours,

The water taxi is basically a hop-on, hop-off tour bus - on the water. It is too expensive for point-to-point transport. Via water, you see the mansions and yachts that line the waterways. Though the boat staff are not tour guides, a good one will will provide commentary. Stops include restaurants, Las Olas, 17th St, beach and Hugh Taylor Birch... More

Very comfortable and fun. Guides gave informative information about the waterway and those who travel it and those who own the beautiful real estate and yachts along the way. Great to get off to shop and hope back in to see more or stop for lunch.

The water taxi is a bit expensive as the adult. The level of 'tour' also really depends on the taxi company people on the boat. The first one we got on had very sparse information about the area. There was also no notice upon getting on the taxi that stops 3-1 were closed due to construction. I downloaded the app... More
