Booked online was simple and easy. Our captain and first mate were excellent and provided great and interesting facts of the area! Saw dolfins, birds and a great sunset. We took the last boat at 430pm and returned at 6. Great tour!!

Although still having problems with their on-line reservation system (didn't function at all mid-January), boats are finally going out but in a reduced frequency (so can't trust the on-line schedules). Phone not answered and email not answered for us although another family had an email...More

This was our very first visit in the Everglades and we weren't quite sure what to expect. The boat tour seemed a great way to see these unusual islands with the unique mangrove trees which choke the islands. Our boat captain told us that because...More

Captain Mike narrated as he drove while his wife Valerie was on the lookout for dolphins and manatee. They both did an excellent job and were very friendly. We got several nice dolphin photos as they followed the wake. The price was very reasonable for...More

We highly recommend Everglades Nat’l Park Boat Tour. Yes, they are open after Hurricane Irma. Captain Mike and first mate Valerie were wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had National Park Ranger Tim to guide us and offer educational commentary throughout the 1-1/2 hours spent on...More

They don't answer their phone, but half the other boat tour companies in the area don't answer their phones either. I wouldn't prepay. Go to Ranger station, they will direct you to this boat tour company. Boat doesn't get close enough to mangroves to actually...More

Please know that this tour is NOT currently running as of December 29, and we eventually were told they haven't been back in business since the hurricane. But their website is fully operational, says nothing about them being closed, accepts reservations, and will charge your...More

I'd definitely choose the National Park over the commercial boat tours. We chose the mangrove tour over the airboat. It's a quiet little boat, there were only four of us on our tour. We saw manatees, and boating under the... More
