Booked online was simple and easy. Our captain and first mate were excellent and provided great and interesting facts of the area! Saw dolfins, birds and a great sunset. We took the last boat at 430pm and returned at 6. Great tour!!

Although still having problems with their on-line reservation system (didn't function at all mid-January), boats are finally going out but in a reduced frequency (so can't trust the on-line schedules). Phone not answered and email not answered for us although another family had an email...More

We booked a boat tour at the end of December, we drove about 2 hours to get there with our 2 kids and when we arrived someone told us this company hadn’t recovered from the hurricane yet and that they were still out of business....More

They don't answer their phone, but half the other boat tour companies in the area don't answer their phones either. I wouldn't prepay. Go to Ranger station, they will direct you to this boat tour company. Boat doesn't get close enough to mangroves to actually...More

Please know that this tour is NOT currently running as of December 29, and we eventually were told they haven't been back in business since the hurricane. But their website is fully operational, says nothing about them being closed, accepts reservations, and will charge your...More

I'd definitely choose the National Park over the commercial boat tours. We chose the mangrove tour over the airboat. It's a quiet little boat, there were only four of us on our tour. We saw manatees, and boating under the... More
