really nice village, with homes hidden between bananas and pals tree. falajs are running everywhere and local children play inside them, signs that local culture is still alive! do not miss to take photo also from outside village. before reach it just turn to righ....More

Very interesting place on a steep slope, where you get an impression how Oman villages may have looked like centuries ago. You also experience an impression of the ancient irrigation system and should try some of the juicy dates growing there.

i recommend a visit to this place. a well managed old town, like living in the past, something like living in 1700. the old walls and the structure, the watering system .. well it is a must see place in Jabal Al Akhdhar

Hi there was a retaurant in the village but it was closed during the day. I think its open in the evenings.
