We did go in April, so crowds were not an issue. The staff there was great. We popped a part of the inflatable chairs we were using and they came right over and patched it for us. The shuttle was only seven dollars which I thought was quite reasonable, all in all it was a great four hour trip.

We rented two tandem kayaks here for about 3 hours. Reasonably priced and super quick to get into the water and to dock on the way in. We had a great time. I'm not sure if there is more to the park beyond tubing and boat rentals as we didn't stick around but rather headed to the bigger state park... More

A wonderful place to spend some time in the crystal clear water of rainbow river. We come down with a group to drift dive the river a few times a year and love this park. Parking in abundant and even the overflow area is relatively close. The boat landing can get a little tight on busy days but runs smooth.... More

Did a drift dive down the Rainbow River. There was a nice snack bar/grill and the dock is nice, well kept. River is fed by spring and the visibility is fantastic.

Nice starting point to get on the river. Have your $5 ready per person for your souvenir wrist band. Restrooms and a concession stand. On hot days get there early, since this is the starting point for the tubers.

We visited the park only to put in our canoe for a trip down the Rainbow River. The park is very nice. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The canoe/kayak launch is very nice and easy to use.

For the third time we started our diving vacation by stopping off at KP hole and taking the water taxi up river to do a nice drift dive down the Rainbow River before heading down to Tampa to board a cruise ship for some blue water diving. The trip down Rainbow river is always beautiful and this time we marveled... More

Set up by our dive shop our group chose to snorkel instead of dive the river. It's and easy drift with the current. Tons of wildlife, fish birds etc. if we did it again we would wear our gear to dive the deeper holes and snorkel the rest . The park is very nice.
