Quiet little hideaway with sparse crowds, natural beauty, interesting birds and sunshine. There is an admittance charge or you can just pull over on the way there to enjoy the roadside beaches.

Quiet beach next to its sister island of Caladesi. It seems a lot like old time Florida in my imagination

I highly recommend this state park. Once inside it is laid back with lots of parking and picnic sites. The beach itself is great for families. Very clean. It has showers, changing rooms, and a restaurant if you don't want to bring your own.

This area is ideal for walking the beach. The views of the Gulf of Mexico are awesome to look at as you walk. Parking isn’t a problem. Rest rooms were nice and clean.

This beach is so large, you should be able to find a secluded spot. As you are looking at the water, head to your right. Try to get there early. There is a private dog park beach furthest to your left.
