This is hands down the nicest beach in the world. HOWEVER, you shouldn't pay to go into the "State Park" beach. Waste of money! Just drive East of the State Park entrance about 2 miles, go through the residential neighborhoods and condos towards the ocean,...More

I love little park beaches like this because it is clean and not overrun with drunk twenty somethings. Very well maintained and the staff is courteous. There’s a short nature trail through the dunes with lots of benches along the way, and the beach and...More

This is an amazing beach! I had some free time on a business trip so I checked it out. It was clean and well maintained. Plenty of space to roam and relax.

One of the virtues of going to a state park and paying a small entrance fee is that you share the beach space with those who are there for natural environment (rather than the beer or the volleyballs or the loudest boombox). The beach's sugar...More

Clean, not crowded and very relaxing. Appreciate the fact that you can pay one admission and come & go throughout the same day.

You can go to “myfwc” which is Florida wildlife conservation. It had an area with red tide map. Just click on it & it will show you what you want to know. Also you can call the state park.
