The Baytowne Wharf is located inside the Sand Destin Resort, but open to the public. The parking garage is small and parking spaces tight. We opt to park at the over flow lot located about 1/8 mile before you get to the main entrance and take a short walk down the paved path. Some of the shops and restaurants were... More

We have visited Destin several times and usually always stop by Baytown Wharf. We have 3 children (15, 13 and 5) and this area is nice as it offers something for all ages. There is a carousel, an arcade, ropes course (for toddlers and teens), zipline, trampoline and a large playground. Add to that a nice variety of boutiques and... More

We stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed spending time here. There is a lot for children to do here. There is a carousel, ice skating rink, zip line, playground, and arcade just to name a few things. Also, my daughter loved the 18 in doll clothes store. Additionally, there are a lot of restaurants and shops. It's... More

The Village of Baytown Wharf is located on the grounds of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We stopped at the gatehouse, told the guards where we were going, they gave us a card to put on the dashboard and we were on our way to the wharf. It is a large complex with a hotel and lots of shopping... More

If you are in Sandestin or Destin Florida check out Baytowne Wharf and Village. There are so great places to eat and small stores and attractions. It is very nice to see.

Baytowne is its own little commuinty, very nice to walk around and see the water and boats in the marina. We went there when they were having a seafood festivale and it does get quite crowded.

A kind of Hidden Gem and Sandestin. It's a Wonderful way to spend a morning or afternoon. Lots of great shops, funky restaurants, and activities for the kids. A must visit on your trip to Destin!

This is an excellent little spot for a relaxing evening walk about with lots of dining choices. Lots of quaint little things for children, lacking for teens though except for the zip line.
