Spending a day in the Morikami gardens is so relaxing, beautiful views around every corner, you can just feel the calm seeping into you. They often have events that are a lot of fun to attend as well.

Really enjoyed our visit, highly recommended. Lots of birds, iguanas and turtles. Watched an egret hunt and catch a lizard. Discovered what a deer chaser is. Listened to the sound of a gentle breeze through a stand of bamboo.

What beautiful gardens. The peacefulness and beauty of a Japanese garden was everywhere. The weather was awful the day we went, but we were able to enjoy the paths. The descriptions in the map, of points of interest, were brief but interesting. The kimono display...More

Love this place. Definitely worth a stop. In a very convenient location but still feels far enough away from everything.
