This is a beautiful beach with the friendliest people we've ever met. A true vacation. You are able to relax, or see the sights or shop and it's all within walking distance. Great place.

The is a great wide beach with lots of activities (close to the pier) as well as shopping and restaurants in the area. The sand is that powdery soft sand that is easy on the feet.

Clearwater has one of our favorite beaches anywhere. The powdery sand is on a level beach for walking.

If you are going during spring training expect most of the beaches to be packed. Fort Myers has two major league teams and those games often sell out. Fort Myers beach is usually crowded and Sanibel Island is a traffic jam. More

Even though you are now into the Snowbird season all Clearwater beaches are large enough to have room.
