This is a really cute building inside and out. All kinds of history and brochures about the area inside. Small gifts can be purchased as well. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions.

Extensive information available, much of it for free. Really good way to get oriented with local charters and the refuges in the area.

Make a stop here to find your way around. We lucked into a very good (and free) guitar concert during our visit. Ask questions!

A stop at the visitors center will have ready information about Cedar Key available. Besides the available pamphlets the volunteer is very willing to answer any questions.
