You must head down to Bradenton beach at least once in your life. Bradenton Beach has small town atmosphere. It's slow paced where you can relax and enjoy. Plenty of places to eat have a drink and enjoy all the great views

I love to walk out on the pier. Nearly always, people are fishing or enjoying just being close to the water. The swings under the pavilion are a delight!

We vacate to Bradenton Beach pretty much every year. If you like old world Florida, you will love this place. Very family friendly. Very low key and not commercialized at all. One of the best chain of beaches in the US.

I would stay on I-75 to Exit 224, Ellenton. Then go, right on US 301 toward Palmetto. Turn left and cross the Manatee River on 41/301. Once you cross the river, the second traffic light is Manatee Avenue. Turn right and... More
