Totally unique experience. Pristine examples of rare and one of a kind sports memorabalia. Joel Platt, the founder, is there willing to personally guide you through his shrine. He is cordial and available to answer any questions and share his infinite knowledge of a life-long dedication to the preservation of pieces of history, which represent the pantheon of sports legends.... This place is the best Sports Museum of its kind. With a life long of collections from baseball, basketball to boxing, this is a must see treasure. The owner is a very nice man and is a very pround man of his collection. If you are a sports fan you must come and see this place. You will be wowed.

While I will accept that Delray Beach is no Waimea Bay, this "museum" does little to do it justice. It is essentially a store that has a number of items from a private collector. At least, Cracker Barrel doesn't advertise itself as a "Museum of Americana." It doesn't charge TEN BUCKS a person to look around.

We had no idea what we were going to see but this was a "Superb" experience. Whether you are a sports lover or not you will be absolutely amazed what you will witness. It is a museum and memorabilia and if you are lucky enough you will meet Joel Platt, the President. The real stories that Joel will share with... More

The museum is a must-see for sports lovers. Various historical sports antiques adorn the walls and allow for a wonderful experience. The owner and his son are both fantastic people. I absolutely recommend this to anyone in the Boca Area who has an interest in sports.
