This small museum has surprisingly interesting collections and exhibits. They often have interactive pieces as well, making it fun for kids. Great location near restaurants and shops. Make a day of it.

The Boca Raton Museum of Art is as good a local Museum as there is anyplace in the world. It knows exactly what it is - a beautiful small collection of art representative of many periods, supplemented by specific shows of traveling and borrowed collections. Many talented docents offer lively tours, so check ahead to take advantage of this feature.

Very nice collection. Several good pieces by famous painters such as Picasso, Wilfredo Lam, Miro, etc. Sculptures and glass. Pre- Colombian permanent exhibit is quite interesting. The special exhibit of glass installations was excellent. The location of the museum at the end of Mizner Park and its shops and restaurants makes it ideal for a very pleasant day out.

Lovely museum with plenty of hidden gems. Check out the large painting on the 2nd floor against the south wall for a Soviet surprise. The glass exhibit was exceptionally fascinating and even captured the interest of a bored 16yr old!

The museum is a delightful journey through 20th Century Modern Art. It has a moderate collection of very fine contemporary paintings, sculptures and ceramics. The visitor will be aware of many of the artists works and some surprises from a number of not so well known artists who should be given more exposure. The galleries are lighted perfectly to showcase... More

This exhibition is truly amazing....from artists around the world. During our 2 hour visit, we returned several times to enjoy two in particular...the huge glass crow and the heart of glass police batons! The ingenuity of the artists rouses deep emotions as one enjoys their awesome work. Our advice is do not attend if you are in a hurry....

Located in the posh downtown Boca Raton, it is a small but interesting art museum. Most displays I would consider modern art, but there is some late 1800 and early 1900 paintings. There are a few outdoor statues.

My wife and I returned to this sophisticated art museum at the northerly end of Mizner Park today with another couple. We came mainly to see one of the current exhibits: artistic glass from the famous Berengo Studio on the island of Murano in the Venetian Lagoon. We have a gorgeous decorative glass mirror which we bought several years ago... More
