Great place to get some early morning exercise. I loved seeing the area where Harriet Tubman was doing her heroic work. The freight containers are cool to see and also there is a nature preserve at the far end that has great views up on...More

The river walk has expanded a lot over the years and there is so much to do for everyone. Mini golf, Constitutions Yards, are two of many recent additions that reach a variety of audiences. There are many restaurants to choose from, & much to...More

My son and I had a few hours to kill before our flight from Philadelphia. There is a miniature golf centre, movie theatre, plenty of foo and drink options but very little actual river activity on the riverwalk. There is plenty of construction going on...More

This riverfront is always a calm place to walk off the heaviness of food after your meal. It's also pet-friendly. Definitely would recommend this place.

I had no idea that Wilmington had a riverwalk, let alone one as pleasant as this. It was a nice place to take a leisurely walk even on a hot day.

If your Canada, you truely don't want to waste your time. Go to see DuPont mansions instead. The beaches are yuk. I lived here for 52 years and once you go to an island is not the same. Water is dirty, toooo many people.
