We go every year and love the variety of music. True Blue Jazz is the best with a free outside concert on Saturday from 12 noon to 3pm at the gazebo.

This beach is beautiful! The sand is so clean, with minimal stones or shells brought in by the surf. Strolling along the shore is soothing. Also, the boardwalk is easily accessible and parking is now free during the offseason.

Better beach, better restaurants. Everything is closer than in Ocean City and you can actually get outstanding meals here, ranging from elevated cuisine, to sushi, to good pizza.

I did not see any dogs of the beach or boardwalk too many people there.

Technically no. There are public bathrooms but it is posted that you are not supposed to change in them. I think people often break the rules, though. There definitely aren't lockers. The State parks both at Cape Henlopen... More
