Dewey beach is still one of those unspoiled beaches with no high rises ruining the coastline. Great for families who want a quite, less face paced vacation.

Dewey is the most dog friendly beach on the Mid-Atlantic. Great times, great pupster scene! Nothing like a sunrise dog walk on the beach!

it's the end of the season in this little beach town. But there is still fishing to be had if you are an avid fisherman. There's surf fishing on the beach or even at the many state parks .

A bit rainy, but loved being at beach. Quiet & no crowds. This was a metal detecting trip for my husband.

Not much open during the week in October, but close enough to Rehoboth, Bethany, Lewes and OCMD to make it a good spot. if you have a dog, they are very pet friendly.

A great alternative to the busier Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. Lots of roads off highway 1 that cut through to the beach. The city here isn't as nice as the aforementioned beaches have, but the beach is still wonderful.

Quiet beach, not nearly as bustling as Rehoboth, even during the day. Beach closes at 1am so theres plenty of time to sit around a small fire and chill with friends.

Weather will be perfect. Not many people will be down, no crowds whatsoever. I think most places are still open at this time.
