The Maths Eyes Waikato trail on the University of Waikato Hamilton campus is free to use to people of all ages and abilities. It is set in park-like surroundings, wheelchair-friendly and open all year round. The 1.6 km trail starts and finishes at Gate 2b on Knighton Rd. There is an information board and map at the start of the trail. Fun, interactive maths activities in te reo Maori and English.

Its great fun walking the trail around the beautiful university campus. Along the way are fun maths activities, based on the surrounding buildings/landscape. The maths activities are not too difficult, although we were challenged by a few! Pavement markers and clues at each stop show...More
