The original switch house. Lovingly maintained by volunteers. More than I ever wanted to know about how the tracks used to be managed. Definitely worth a visit if you find it open.

Small (it's entirely in the switch tower), but enthusiastically run - it's so good to see places like this making the effort to open up to the public, when in reality there's a very small number of people who are actually interested - ie you...More

Incredible and knowledgeable team of train educators! Took our children ages 13 & 11and they had a great time learning the history and getting to move the switches! Lots of information in such a small place. Norwalk is a very cute town too.
