For experienced bird watchers, there won't be much to learn or any new species to add to your life list, but it is great to see the numbers of nesting gulls, terns, cormorants and osprey. My husband, 14 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the bird watching boat tour this morning sponsored by the Norwalk Seaport Association. In addition to lots of birds and nesting sites, we saw a mink. The boat ride was relaxing and the guide and other passengers were very knowledgeable. We learned so much. A great value.

Went on the tour Sunday morning which left the dock at 8 am and was back by 10:30 am. I didn't know there were so many nesting birds in the area on the little islands in the NY Sound. The tour was inexpensive and the guide is very knowlegable. They had some snacks on the boat and also binoculars for... More
