The view of the lake is fabulous in autumn when the foliage turns into different colors. We walked around the lake using 2 hrs.

Beautiful sunny fall day to capture the colors of the trees reflected in the lake. So beautiful!! The beach is small but pleasant. Not so easy to walk around the lake but plenty joggers and cyclists enjoying. Easy jaunt to Hopkins winery from here.

Limited places to stop but a good car park near one end with a drive round most of the, unfortunately inaccessible, shore. Pick a calm day in autumn for best effect.

Surrounded by paved road perimeter and scattered home, Inn, campgrounds. Two beaches, one looked public. Best for paddling sports. Pretty drive around and near Hopkins Vineyard and Inn.
