Family friendly group of shops and restaurants, with a duck pond in the center. Perfect plan after a trip to the aquarium.

Olde Mystic Village is a collection of retail stores that is made to look like an old town. There are some cool stores,a movie theater and a couple of restaurants in the village and it's right next to the Mystic Aquarium. Don't think you're going to a historic village,it's just a cool looking shopping center.

Old Mystic Village is a shopping complex right off Interstate 95. It is very accessible. The shopping is all outside, and it looks like a New England Village. There are several eating establishments, including for soup, coffee, pizza, and Thai food. A good place to take children on a warm day because of the colony of ducks there. The stores... More

We were in Connecticut checking out colleges. My daughter new a resident of the area so we met up and went to Olde Mistick Village. This is a cute shanty town of a shopping center. It has small unique shops, a mill with a duck pond, an old church used as a meeting hall. I enjoyed it.
