Interesting exhibits. Friendly employees. Enjoyed going thru the old ships. Lots of kids for good reason - educational.

We chose this for a days visit and it did take all day. Ships, houses, history and exhibits were fatastic. People in dress were very helpful and made the day.

We had a great time wandering through the buildings and boats of Mystic Seaport. The guides were so nice and friendly, and most of them were quite interesting too! We were there when there were several school groups around, but they were easy to avoid...More

I would call the Mystic Hilton which is right across the street from the aquarium and ask them their proximity to the train station. There may be shuttles that take you from train to aquarium/seaport
