This beach is connected via a long boardwalk to the state beach, Silver Sands. This is a great place to bring children. Lots of sand bars at low tide, and there a several street vendors to get a quick bite or a cold drink.

Local's beach, remote, ample space, parking, facing the sound. Nice beach for walking, picnicking. No life guards, bathroom facilities, yet chance to spend hour or day.
