Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

These people really want to help to make your trip worth of price. We were told e.g. about person who arrenges trips to Jussarö island and they had a little theatre section were we could watch a film about Tammisaari national park. We also viewed the Nature Centre display of nature and history of Tammisaari. They have considered children also. Good thinking!

The folks in the Nature Centre really knows about the history and the present of this whole area. Definitely worth visiting for anyone planning to stay around Tammisaari or visiting many of the touristic attractions. Not only that, these people really like to help.

It was very interesting to hear about the history of this old building. There is also available plenty of information sheets about the possibilities to visit in the area. No entrance fee. Also inter-active spots (sounds and changing environment pictures), something for kids and DVD presentations on natural life in the archipelago. Different kind of souvenir items for sale but fortunately not quite the typical tourist kitsch.

This is the place to begin a visit to Tammisaari / Ekenäs. The staff is very helpful and provide maps and suggestions on seeing the nature centers and other attractions in the area as well as pointing out restaurants and shopping. The permanent staff is augmented by interns from nearby university who are working toward degrees in Tourism Management.
