We just discovered the Ivoryton Playhouse this summer, although we have season tickets to other theaters in the general area. We have been impressed by their very professional productions and just enjoyed our third visit to see their final show of the season. A lovely original holiday production called The Bells of Dublin. We enjoyed a delicious lunch across the... More

Love the Ivoryton Playhouse, I have been going here for years, even brought my children when they were small to the children's theater. They always put on a wonderful production. Parking is tough, you can pay to park across the street but the town restricts parking- but don't let that stop you from going to this gem.

We had not been here in years. Reluctantly agreed to attend Man of La Mancha with friends. We were totally amazed at the awesome show. Thought we were at a Broadway theater. All aspects of the performance were top notch. The price incredibly affordable. Are going back in Dec.

David Pittsinger has a fantastic voice and was equally matched by the fiery Talia Thiesfield. It is always a pleasure to see a show in this intimate theatre. Convenient street parking or for a nominal fee in the lot across the street. Benches outside the theatre allow meeting friends and lingering in the cool fall air.

This theatre is outstanding. The performance of Rent was New York quality in a small town setting. The actors, actresses, musicians, sound, set, director are excellent. I always leave here blown away by the performance.

Man of La Mancha: Terrific production/voices! Every voice in the production was superb. The set was well done, acting very good, and the Ivoryton Playhouse deserves to be supported!

First time at the Playhouse, an intimate small venue. Saw Man of La Mancha. Cast was fabulous in acting and singing. Sets were imaginative especially with the small working stage, The building itself is historic with a history of many famous actors and actresses having played there. Evening setting is beautiful. Be sure to dine across the street at the... More

This is a must visit venue. The rich history of the theater, the intimate setting and the outstanding cast of Man of La Mancha make for a magical evening of entertainment. My only regret is that it took us so long to visit this absolutely wonderful theater. Now that we've found it we will be back!

This was a great venue for seeing RENT. The amazingly talented cast blew us away! Wonderful acoustics throughout the theater. What a great gem in our own backyard!

Great performance of Rent. Talented, energetic cast coupled with great music & choreography in an intimate setting. Ticket price is a bargain for this level of performance. Always a treat making the trip to Ivoryton.

Thank Ken E
