A lovely walk through a very clean, sunny day. Saw heron near the fountain. People eating lunches, ride on carrousel. Just lovely!

There is plenty of space for you to either be on your own or hang out with a group (like we did, the day after the wedding we came into Hartford for originally).

I really don't know, I didn't see anyone with a dog and I just had one visit there as it was across the street from my hotel.
