A very modern library, with computer stations and plenty of quiet reading nooks. Good lighting in the shelves. The collection is first rate, including recorded books. The reference staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Each library in Connecticut is a gem and this one is no exception. The adult and children's departments are on different floors. That is a big advantage since the visitors to the children's department seek company for their little ones and the adults seek solitude...More

The library is quiet, clean and has such a large selection of print and digital media. Kids walk here after school to study as well.

The library is friendly and sectioned off into teens, children, adult stacks for fiction, and a large collection of dvds. Take the stairs or elevator (or come in from Main St for ground level entry) upstairs for meeting rooms, magazines, non-fiction, audio books, and computers.
