Take one or both tours in combination for a delightful sightseeing excursion through some of the most scenic areas of Connecticut: scenic train ride in restored railroad cars pulled by a coal-fired locomotive and a ride up the Connecticut River by riverboat.

Super event for families. Lots to do and all activities included in the cost: face painting, amusement rides, train ride, balloons, magic show. Food prices can be much, if purchasing for a larger family but you can bring your lunchelp to help with costs. Definitely...More

A relaxing way to spend an afternoon. A lovely steam train ride followed by a boat trip along the river. Very peaceful and beautiful scenery. The guides gave lots of interesting information too.

This is a great experience. If you get the chance, I highly recommend the dinner train. It is in a 1920s Pullman Parlor car. It s a 4-course dinner and the food and service is excellent!

Seriously, they pull out all the stops for their Santa and North Pole / Polar Express ride. Our 2-year-old was in heaven. Cookies and hot chocolate plus a whole performance by various elves, carol singing, lots of red and green lights. Fun time!

Not on the train. Your meal is prepurchased on the train. On the boat, you can buy extra things.
