Not far fromdowntown Steamboat Springs, this offers both an easy walk on a concrete path to an overlook, or a 1/4 walk on a paved path down to the base of the falls. The falls in September were very pretty and peaceful to look at...More

The lower falls is an easy hike and very picturesque. The hike to the upper falls is more challenging and exhilarating with some steep cliff traverses all leading to a smaller secluded falls.

We loved this spot. I was fighting a bad cold but really wanted to see the falls...so we were happy that the hike was quick and the falls were beautiful. We loved resting on the large river rocks as we watched the kids jump, climb...More

We were looking for a bit of a hike and at first we were pretty disappointed as there is a very leisurely, well traveled stroll to a bridge with a really big waterfall (rest rooms too!). But once we crossed the bridge, we hiked about...More

This was an unplanned stop in Steamboat Springs for me. Thankfully I made the time to go! So pretty. Falls are very close to parking lot. You can view from above or below. Beautiful. Just do it!

This was a great little walk. Only about 1/4 mile to the falls. It is downhill so a little bit of a climb coming out. But well worth it.
