We went to Snowmass in the summer. There are plenty of outdoor activities. The rates for condo are much less than the winter. The village is nice and there are great views down valley. Definitely family oriented.

Plenty to do from biking, hiking, riding the chairlifts, or riding the coaster. Before you head down on the gondola you can enjoy an ice cold adult beverage and take in the scenery cruise the many mountain biking trails if your body is younger than...More

Great Resort if you can stay on the mountain... the walk to get to the upper and lower villages can be tough if you are not staying in the villages.
