My husband and I have been coming to Wolf Creek to ski every December for 29 years. So we've watched the place grow up. Although the area is small, there is a variety of skiing available from bunny hills to extreme cliffs and crazy stuff. The lifts are a combinations of high speed and watch-the-grass-grow speed. Or since his is... More

Wolf Creek Ski Resort is the BEST in Colorado. Never too crowded. Every staff member is friendly. Lifts and equipment is always TOP notch. If you're ever in Southern Colorado, stop here for a great time.

Evidentially family owned. Working like beavers on improvements getting ready for season. Couldn't enter for all the workers. Already salting some of the area. 40 deg at noon on 26 August! Looks great

Ski trails are close to the Continental Divide and the Colorado Trail. Good hiking and beautiful scenery. Deer and elk are in the area. We saw a large black bear on a recent hike. My kids learned to ski here many years ago.

My family first visited WOLF CREEK SKI RESORT years ago. We return every Spring Break and always try to bring someone new with us. This year our niece and her family visited for the first time. The boys LOVED learning how to snow ski and were soon all over the mountain!! Best ski resort for families in Colorado!!

Wolf Creek Ski Resort is a no frills back to the 60's ski resort. If you want to ski powder almost every day - this is the ski resort for you. Wolf Creek Ski Resort gets an annual snow fall of 430 inches - the most snow at any ski resort in Colorado. Almost every day you can ski fresh... More

I have skied all over the US, and I always love going back to Wolf Creek. The snow has been excellent every time I have gone and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The only negative I can say about the place, is if you rent equipment on the mountain, their rental system seems a little chaotic at times,... More

Beautiful any time of the year. You can see Mountain Sheep, Elk, Deer and you might even get lucky and see Moose.

My husband and two kids participated in ski school. I can't say enough about how welcoming and helpful they were. All three had a really good experience. The only bad thing about skiing at Wolf Creek for beginners is that there are several places on the green slope that drop right off the mountain. There were safety personnel at those... More
