A steep hike down to the river but a beautiful area. Swimming in the river and natural hot springs are available. Looks like a good place to fish. Save some energy for the hike out as it is all uphill.

Easy to get to. Short 45 minutes down. Only about 10 minutes from the bottom. take your suit because its fun to sit in the river in a hot spring! with freezing cold water whizzing by.

This trail drops down very rapidly into the Piedra River Valley and then runs both up and down the river. Once you are off the ledge, the trail is easy. Climbing back up will take you three times as long as the drop in. Stay away if it is raining. There is a hot springs just up river that is... More

AAs an avid hiker , this one swept me off my feet a 3/ mile descent into paradise , great meadows , well worth an over nighter and great for dogs
