That's right, I said it! Love Manitou Springs as well but the girlfriend was on her own on this trip and bought a "Voodoo" hat, (reminiscent of SLASH / G&R) and the size didn't work for me. Bummer - right? So I called up to...More

I love shops like this that have so much to browse thru. My husband found a leather holster and belt for a great price, but the staff there was extremely unfriendly. Definitely not much for small talk.More

Donna, I want to thank you for your business at our store. I appreciate that you like our unique mix of new and antique goods. My greatest concern though is that you didn't feel as valued as you are by us. And I do remember...More

Worth the trip for a step back in time to the simpler days. Interesting shop in historic Manitou Springs, Colorado. Antiques, cowboy paraphernalia etc.

Ruxton's Trading Post was our favorite part about Manitou Springs. The shop was a treasure trove of antiques, beautiful animal skins, and Native American craftsmanship. Mike was so helpful in showing us around the shop and giving us history of the pieces we were interested...More

I only visited this shop briefly but it was great to see real western hats and to try one on. If I ever get back I I’ll definitely leave enough room in my suitcase to fit one in. I was greeted warmly, met the dog,...More

Thank you for your nice review. You give some very good advice about riding the free shuttle bus from the free parking lot at Hiawatha Gardens which is located at 10 Old Mans Trail in Manitou Springs. It is the hassle free way to park.
