I have spent many miles walking and riding my bike along the Arapahoe Greenway Trail over the years. South Suburban Parks & Rec. has done a great job building (and maintaining) this wonderful trail! It is a safe place to take a leisurely walk (morning or afternoon) or put on a few miles riding south to Chatfield State Park. I... More

We live fairly close to this trail, and have used it a number of times. For those that don't know, there are lots of interconnected trails suitable for biking and walking in the South Metro area - more than 200 miles have been developed since the Open Space and Trails program began in 2003.

After a nice breakfast we enjoyed this hidden gem for a long walk along the river. Trails are well groomed and well used by the community. There are lots of stop offs along the trail for breaks.

We are blessed to live nearby, and often ride the Highline Canal Trail, this trail, and the Platte River Greenway trail. There are connector trails on Lee Gulch, Big Dry Creek,... More

After eating a big Family Lunch on October 19, 2013, we decided to take our walks in the Arapahoe Greenway Trail. Walkers consisted of 3 males and 3 females, with ages ranging from 4 years to 70 years old. There are 2 separate paths on the Trail, one for the BIKERS and another one for the WALKERS. The views are... More
