I saw the Sunday matinee of 42nd Street with a friend on 30 April 2017. It's been over 20 years since I've been to a dinner theatre (last one was the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre in Chanhassen, MN). We had good seats at a table for 2 (which was a little bit cramped but not too bad) and a delicious meal.... More

Our waitress, Sara was great but she was also very talented as well! She was in the production as a line dancer in "42nd Street". It was their second production of the day and they showed no sign of fatigue. Dinner was excellent with many upgrade options. Very handicap accessible and accommodating. Worth the visit, we would be season ticket... More

Candlelight Dinner Playhouse is just a little off the beaten path, nestled between Denver and Fort Collins in northern Colorado. The decor is welcoming and modern, the restrooms clean and accommodating, which is sometimes hard to find a ladies room where the line doesn't last clear through intermission and then some. The waitstaff, who are also our fabulous actors, dancers... More

My husband and I took a brother to celebrate his birthday to a Sunday matinee. The tiered seating is excellent; I doubt there would be a bad seat in the theater-- which is not the case in many dinner theaters. There was quite a crowd; nevertheless, the service was excellent (with several of the actors serving meals as well as... More

Just arrived home after a Valentines day evening at the dinner playhouse. The venue is modern, well maintained, and visually impressive. This evening was billed as a special Valentine's day event. The 'special' event, beyond a normal evening at the playhouse was a complimentary glass of champagne or sparkling cider, customer choice. Our meal choices were the only vegetarian offering,... More

We have been coming to the Candlelight Dinner Theatre since it opened. All of the shows have been enjoyable and the food is reasonable. This is a great place to bring your family or even a good date night. We have come with our parents, our kids, and our grandkids. Everyone enjoys it!

We went to the Playhouse on a Friday night for "Forever Plaid". The building is truly wonderful. Beautifully designed, great acoustics. The show was so so. A couple of strong voices, Ben Welch and Stephen Turner. The food was just average, except possibly the Prime Rib. If the food had been better we might be return customers. Everything was obviously... More

We really loved Evita! The vocals were simply amazing! The did excellent casting with this show. I was shocked to see how empty it was. I felt bad that nearly two rows behind us were empty, we did go on a weeknight so that could be why. The seating was comfortable but we did get a little cold. They had... More

We recently moved to the area and tried the theater for lunch today and saw Evita. Everything from the setting, service, food, and performance was really great. What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday lunch and afternoon. We will definitely attend future shows!
